Fixed fee for every case

AAN Joseph Solicitors work on an agreed fee basis, making sure that you will know how much it costs for each case without any hidden extras. We believe in cost certainty and transparency in determining our fees.

How Fixed Fee Work

At the start of your case, we will agree the work that we are going to do and agree the price. We will tell you about any extra money for Home Office Fee, Court fee, expert reports or other third-party fees. Sometimes you may want us to do extra work which is not covered in the fixed fee. We will simply agree a new fixed fee.

We shall, however, agree fixed fees, considering the overall amount of time taken and nature of work and we will always agree the fees with you in advance before starting the work. When a fixed fee is agreed, we will stick onto that and will not charge extra for the agreed works although this may mean it will be less than the hourly rate. In return you understand and agree that, if you are to withdraw instructions for any reasons in the middle of the retainer, you will be liable to pay the full fixed fee, irrespective of what stage the matter is. The agreed fee is not refundable. Should the work in respect to the agreed fee, not proceed further, due to your instructions or for reasons outside our control, then you shall not be eligible to any refund of the agreed fees and any outstanding agreed fees will still be due. The Payment of the Fixed fee should be made before commencing any work on your behalf unless there is an agreed time scale.

This agreed fee includes Eligibility check, provided with a tailored & comprehensive document list, review of your documents, advice on document requirements, suggestions on how to improve your application / appeal, preparing your bundle and submitting the application / review / appeal, with our representations to the Home Office / Tribunal/ Court. However, you will be responsible for any charges / fees to third parties as and when required.
